I know you have all heard about the lady in Fort Worth hitting a man with her car and leaving him there to die for 2 days before dumping his body in a park. Well, her attorney is now saying "He died maybe a couple of hours after the accident, and he initially moaned and groaned, but she couldn't tell what he was saying."

I cannot believe that..."She couldn't tell what he was saying". Hmmm....the guy is face down in your windshield. Do you really think you need to clearly hear what he is saying to know that he needs help?!!
