I heard about this restaurant on the radio yesterday. Considering you can't find any good cajun food here in Dallas, with the exception of one restaurant, I was interested to know that it is owned and operated by LSU Alumni. Surely, they'll know how to boil up some crawfish worth eating, won't they? Well, we'll find out tonight. As soon as I told Josh about it he informed me we would be going there for dinner. I'll let you know how they turn out!
