A comment in this post got me thinking....

I know people call in sick, when they're really not, but I don't. I never have. Ever! And I have to be really sick before I'll call in. Seriously, I have to feel like I've been run over by a truck. Ever since I started working 12 years ago, I have always hated it when people call in sick knowing they aren't sick. It drives me crazy. I don't respect it.

Is it just because I'm jealous because they're getting a day off and I'm not? Could be, but I don't really think that's it. It just drives me crazy. I think that this is an action of a teenager who doesn't know any better, not of an adult who should know better.

All that aside, do you ever call in sick when you're not really sick?! Come on....tell me! I want to know if I'm in the minority. Oh, I should also state, unless you work with me I won't have any feelings about your answer one way or the other, because your faking being sick won't directly affect me.
