Tonight we will be our first attempt to make homemade salsa and jar it too! Since its our first time, we bought this kit at Target so its not like we'll be measuring and cutting up everything that goes into it. Its somewhat cheating, but I think after this initial try, we'll probably move on up to the "real" thing.
Ball also makes this Jelly Making Kit and I'm pretty sure I saw a pickling kit too. Perfect stuff for us beginners.
