Service Reminder

Remember this. Well, I got another service reminder from the dealership this week reminding me to get my oil changed. Here is the letter I am sending them:

I received a letter from M---------f Ford, and the first paragraph reads:

"Your satisfaction is our top priority at M---------f Ford. That's why it's important to keep you informed about Quality Care scheduled maintenance to help ensure your 1998 Ford Mustang is running at its best."

There are two things wrong with this paragraph. First, my 1998 Ford Mustang was STOLEN from M---------f Ford over a year ago after I dropped it off for an oil change. Second, the service manager, D-- B------, was a complete @ss and wouldn't even return my phone calls when I was just trying to understand what happened and why. Therefore, I don't see that he's too concerned with customer satisfaction. Had he taken my call and just told me the truth I probably wouldn't dislike M---------f Ford as much as I do.

Please have my name taken off of your "Quality Care" Scheduled Maintenance Reminders. I do not wish to be constantly reminded of that terrible situation.

Thank you.
