It's a Private Thing

So, a while back I asked Josh to set us up with a password protected weblog. I don't know...but for some reason, I got to where I didn't like the thought of complete strangers knowing all about me and my life. And I wondered if people I did know, that I didn't tell about my weblog (my parents), had found my weblog and was reading. I can't erase the past, but I can change the future. I haven't decided if I will quit this weblog all together or not. I don't post much anymore, and quite honestly don't have many readers anymore because of it. That's okay, I wasn't really posting for traffic as much as I was posting as a way to have an outlet for my thoughts.

Anyway, over at the new place I'll most likely be posting about my life as a mom and lots of things about my child. For now, its his "firsts". If you are interested, and I *know* you, let me know and I'll gladly give you access. I even let my parents know about this one. *wink/smile*

Do I make the cut as someone you "know"? ;-)

Ummm....NO you aren't someone I "know". You are, however, someone I know.

You don't really know me...but I am related (by marriage) to your very good friends the Donahue's :-) I love to read about mommy stuff and babies!

Well, when you DO post, I do read, and we've been reading eachother since almost the beginning. I'd be honored if you'd let me see behind the curtain. ;o)

In the words of the great Dave Matthews,

"Hike up your skirt a little more and show your world to me...."

Or something like that.

I hope you lock your doors and windows at night...living near that Kevin guy, I mean. I've thought about locking up our site, but every few months, I'll get a comment from an old friend somewhere in the country...so public is ok. I probably would speak more openly on a private blog, tho.

I'd like a "backstage pass". You've been in my bookmarks for some time, I'd miss reading you.
